Camplify Holdings Limited (ASX: CHL) owns market-leading peer-to-peer platforms including Camplify and PaulCamper.
These platforms deliver a simplified experience for consumers and potential RV renters (hirers) to connect with RV owners and SMEs with a fleet of RVs (owners).
A wide variety of caravans and campervans are available on both PaulCamper and Camplify, which currently operate across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Spain.

As Camplify and CHL’s founder, Justin is recognised as an expert in digital, e-commerce, and marketplaces and has won numerous awards for his entrepreneurial successes, including Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Tourism & Hospitality).
Trent Bagnall
Chairperson & Non-Executive Director
A founding board member of CHL, Trent is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has significant experience in public companies and the global innovation and venture capital industry.
Stephanie Hinds
NON-Executive Director
Stephanie is the founder and director of Growthwise, is recognised as a technology expert in the accounting industry with over 20 years of experience, and is a certified practising accountant (CPA).
Karl Trouchet
NON-Executive Director
Karl was a director of Apollo Tourism and Leisure Ltd (ASX:ATL) 1996-2023. He led ATL, a multinational RV rental company as CFO and successfully navigated the acquisition of six RV businesses across Australia, Europe, and North America. Currently a non-executive director of Village National Holdings Limited, an unlisted public company that provides accommodation services to the mining sector.
Andrew McEvoy
NON-Executive Director
Andrew McEvoy is the chairman of Travello, a director at Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia, and the former CEO and managing director of Tourism Australia. Andrew was also the Managing Director of the tourism sector in the world’s most ambitious project, NEOM in the Middle East.
Helen Souness
NON-Executive Director
Helen is the CEO of RMIT Online. She has over 30 years of commercial experience in digital strategy, marketing and product, working with Lonely Planet, SEEK, Envato and Etsy, and is a non-executive board director at Sendle, Australia’s first 100% carbon-neutral shipping service.
