A career at CHL is the adventure of a lifetime.
About us
Camplify Holdings Limited (CHL) is a global technology and adventure travel company. It was formed in 2021 and now consists of three travel brands: Camplify, PaulCamper and MyWay.
Camplify, which was founded in Newcastle, Australia, in 2015, is a peer-to-peer van-sharing platform operating across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Spain. It has been identified as one of Australia’s fastest-growing companies, placing #9 in the AFR’s Fast 100 (2022) and #4 in AFR’s Most Innovative Companies (2022).

Our values
By sharing our technology, we empower others to launch their own businesses and cultivate financial freedom.
We keep things simple – whether it’s the products we develop or the way we explore the world.
Adventure is at the heart of our company. By making outdoor adventures easier to experience, and simpler to book, we’re bringing people together. And proud of it.
We embrace diversity, equity and inclusion in the outdoors and the workplace, because adventure belongs to everyone.
As a tech startup at heart, technology and innovation remain key to our success. We’re always looking for new and more efficient ways to do what we do.
Working for CHL
CHL develops and implements beneficial programs and processes to better support both its employees and the business’s growth plans.
We believe that people are more creative, innovative and successful when they feel respected and included, which is why we want our diverse, global team to always feel heard and valued.
We challenge our people to do their best work by empowering them through development, growth opportunities and a real sense of ownership. At CHL, you’ll be provided with the technology, tools, support and inspiration required to succeed.
When our people thrive, our community of van owners, hirers & shareholders do too.

Benefits of working for CHL
✔ A genuine focus on employee wellbeing
We’ve implemented a comprehensive employee assistance program, which is available to all employees (and their immediate family) from the day they begin work. We also provide digital resources to help manage wellbeing in the workplace.
✔ Owning a piece of CHL
We created an employee share scheme so everyone can be invested in CHL’s success.
✔ Flexible working options
We’re more than happy to allow for flexible and remote work. Though we have offices in Newcastle and Berlin, our employees are based all over Australia and Germany, as well as in Austria, the UK, New Zealand and Portugal.
✔ Employee discounts
That’s right – as a CHL employee, you’ll be eligible for generous discounts when hiring a van through Camplify or PaulCamper. After all, our employees have just as much a right to adventure as our customers do.
✔ Real career pathways
CHL consists of three start-ups; Camplify, PaulCamper and MyWay. And though we now operate across many countries, we still have plenty of ambition to grow. Join CHL and there’s no telling where your career will take you.
Culture
CHL is building an incredible community of owners and hirers across seven countries. We work hard, but we’re also committed to having fulfilling lives outside of work. We celebrate the wins, learn from the almosts, and make a point of recognising high-performing team members no matter where in the world they are based. Camplify HQ, in Newcastle, Australia, hosts regular social events, as does the PaulCamper office in Berlin, Germany. Cross-cultural, cross-continent collaborations is always encouraged, whether its via technology or a visit while travelling overseas.
Diversity and inclusion
At CHL, we genuinely believe that diversity of thought, and people, leads to more creativity and innovation. We support this through a variety of initiatives such as pay equity, flexible/remote work and a commitment to recruiting people from diverse backgrounds. We also support equity programs like Women in STEM education. Though there is always more to be done, we’re proud of our commitment to, and success in, keeping CHL a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Women in STEM
CHL recently partnered with the University of Newcastle, Australia, for the Women in STEM Cadetships and Advanced Apprenticeships Program. This program aims to promote equality of opportunity in higher education, through increasing the access to and participation of women in STEM fields. Six of CHL’s employees were accepted into the first intake of the program, the key objectives of which are to:
– Increase the number of STEM-qualified women in the labour workforce.
– Help women upskill in STEM fields or build STEM careers.
– Develop a higher education pathway to produce graduates with workplace skills in STEM fields.
